Held in the first week of every month, this 2 hour very practical and interactive workshop you’ll discover:


  • Why redesigning roles is essential when people in your team change from full-time employment to reduced hours (e.g. part-time, job share etc) and how to do this.

  • What constitutes clear expectations and how to develop and communicate them with the people in your team. 

  • Strategies to support people in your team working flexibly (including part-time and job share). 


Spaces are limited in the workshop are limited and registrations close the Sunday prior.
